Referal

2 weeks if not 3 weeks i got an email saying its time to pay me for my referral and soon the money will be in my account, then i cleared my mailbox because of storage now i see that the time is passing i then made a follow up, now naked team is acting like i never received the email asking me all sort of details i must send email of the person i referred and the screenshot and also the ID number where the hell am i going to get that? And why did they send me initial email confirming that my referral was successful and they are going to pay me, this is the second incident where they refused to pay me on their bogus referral program, i am not referring anyone anymore on that thing
