Really great overall experience and seamless claim process.

I claimed twice on the same item within a 30 day period. Both claims were approved without any issues. I love the convenience of being able to do everything online and only speaking to someone when I need to. Only constructive criticism is that they don't always tell you up front that the claim is approved or nor ,there's room for improvement in how they communicate that part.
