Really Good Service

Its like no insurance company I've ever dealt with. The claims process was easy and straightforward. Tieho's communication was brilliant and in most cases I would get a reply back within the hour. No endless calls, no call centers, no fights and best part no waiting for updates or feedback. Wel done - its not often a company get this right!!!
