R1000 Referral Fee False Advertising

<div>I have been with Naked for 4years now and although I have not had a claim I have spoken highly of the app and great premiums. I referred 2 people who have joined and have had cover for more than 3 full months. What raised a red flag is that I had to initiate contact with Naked to enquire about my referral fee payment. The first response I received from +++++&nbsp; is that I did not refer anyone. After sending screen shots of the links I was then notified by +++++ that I would be contacted via notifying me of the payments. When that happened I was informed of only R600 whereas both referrals pay above R1500 and R2000 respectfully and the total I should receive is R1000 for each referral. I have queried this and no one has responded. It's such a concern that Naked insurance is taking me through hurdles for R2000 whereas I have brought in R12 900 for premiums for the past 3months for both clients. Is this the level of service I should expect should either of us experience a claim God forbid? If so, I will take my business and theirs(referrals) elsewhere as they trust my knowledge with insurance.</div>
