Quick efficient assistance

Logged a claim for water damage and burst pipe recently. Qhamani was quick to respond and assist and to guide me through the process. Claim however was maintenance related but they still decided to cover the damages as it was in a place where it could not be seen and preventative maintenance could be performed.
