Quick, efficient and excellent customer service

I have been so impressed with my recent dealings wioth Naked. The App is great and makes the process so simple and pain free. When I have had questions I get a response within minutes and it is always clear, informative and answers exactly what I have asked (which is not often the case with call centers/help desks). With bad service becoming the norm, dealing with the Naked team is honesatly a breath of fresh air.
