Thank you to Dylan who assisted me with my claim and the Naked team for its amazing online platform. The communication was swift and my claim got looked into quicker than I thought it would. I lost my phone and I have gotten the same phone again in a timeframe of a week. I appreciate it so much. He was very kind as well and patient with me. It’s amazing to know that people like that still exist even after flooding the team with emails which was unnecessary of me but I was panicking and Dylan made sure that my claim is handled with care Thank you to the team.
