Quick and easy claims process

We unfortunately had to claim for a damaged phone we have insured on our policy recently. The entire claim was finalized within 5 working days of submitting the claim via the app. A courier collected the device to take it to the assessors, the device was deemed uneconomical to repair, so we were offered the option of a claims card or Takealot voucher. Delivery for the card has already been scheduled and I was told that I can remove the device from our policy as well, so I don't continue paying premiums on something we don't have anymore.
