Property theft claim

I logged a property theft on 19 March and till to date the claim has not been finalised, they claim that the validations takes up 10 working days, well I waited way more than that regardless of providing everything they required. The validations were completed on the 13 April, i was relieved thinking finally i’ll get a way forward however the feedback i got was that they’re waiting for the underwriters. Today it’s the 5th week since I logged the claim and I don’t how much longer I must wait, this is not what i was hoping for I mean like we buy insurance to be covered when we hit a loss . When it’s time to deduct premiums they don’t waste time , i have recommended naked to lot of people and i feel so bad going through such experience simply because it will definitely happen to others and this is not the kind of service we want , nonetheless i hope they’ll resolve my case in due course. Lastly I think they must stick with cellphone insurance as they have better ratings on that coz if you check property theft claims they’re mostly rated 1 star.
