I would like to thank Precious Myeni for her assistance. I had a very bad experience with a repair center whereby my vehicle was damaged whilst in their possession. They refused to take accountability and sort out the damages that were caused to my vehicle. Precious assisted me throughout this lengthy process whereby my car was supposed to be repaired in 6 days....it only got repaired in 55 days. Precious contacted me via email and telephone and ensured i get the assistance i need to get my vehicle back in proper condition. Precious is professional, understanding and has great customer service skills. Naked insurance / Hollard....you guys should be proud to have a staff member such as Precious.
