Poor service/no service at all

Worst insurance ever my phone got broken and struggled for a whole month of December to get phone fixed after I’ve been paying insurance for more then 2 years and this was my first time claiming…didn’t even get my phone fixed or reimbursed with the amount of the value of my iPhone 11 please people don’t waste ur time with Naked Insurance it’s not worth ur money…I’m still without a fixed phone
