Poor Service & unfaithfulness

I got into an accident where I was bumped. I called naked, they towed my car to SMD for more than 5 days they are still saying they are waiting for an assessor. They further told me that they gonna require excess for the to fix my car even though it’s not my fault. I decided to fix the car myself, now they don’t wanna release my car at SMD because Naked hasn’t authorised it to be released. This is the ****iest insurance ever so from my point of view try another insurance and not this one. You till thank me later
