Poor service on their app not user friendly

Their app is the worst ever and website is useless!!! IT isn't user friendly at all I've been trying to change the contact details on the app but it impossible, how can something so simple be so complicated... This is just pathetic I'm thinking of canceling my insurance and looking for something else
