Poor Service ever

So disappointing, i have never been so harrased by naked agent . I have been without a phone for almost 3 months and every time they come back with stories. They are so *********** to the point were they would lie on documents forgetting that the claimant is in legal profession and can read documents with understanding. What humbled me is them deducting the premiums for ****** phone and there is no clause on the contract that stipulate that. For the first time I got financially and emotionally abused by insurance company. poor service and the do things to the best interest of themselves not the client.
