Poor service, clients don't get options. Naked calls all the shots

I had a hit and run accident 30/11/23. Naked assessed the vehicle after a week. The assessor said the car is a write off. It was a back smash with no structural damage. Naked told me the damages are R130000 and the car market value is R170000. I pleaded with Naked to please allow me to get 3 quotes but they blatantly refused me. On 19/12/23 the assessor then told me that I have cash in lieue therefore R90000 excluding excess provided I repair the car myself. Assessor told me he will speak to the claims advisor, Kamogkelo to arrange for everything. I called on 20/12/23 only to be told that Kamogkelo's team management refused to accept what the assessor had said to him and insisted that the car must be written off. I then received an email from Kamogkelo saying that he needs to hear from me by 27/12/23 or he will withdraw my claim. I honestly don't believe that my car should be written off and I believe that I can repair the car if Naked gives me R90000 cash in lieue. I feel I'm being treated poorly and given absolutely no options. I feel my car was just over quoted to be deemed a write off
