Poor Service!!!
VERY BAD SERVICE!!! Its been almost four months waiting for my excess refund from Naked insurance. I made things easy for them by getting all the necessary info from the 3rd party’s insurance company and settlement confirmation. They eventually got the money back however it’s a nightmare to get the money paid into my account. One advisor says this, the other says that :-(. Too much inconsistency and No customer service!!!!!
