Poor service

Incident happens this morning, where I drove on an iron subject in the road and it tear my tyre, my wheeel was flat immediately and I was standing in AM traffic at a busy intersection. I logged the call on my app and tried calling naked(no answer) if it wasn’t for a good samiritian who came to my rescue and changed my tyre. The claim was in reciew since I logged it on my app. To this hours & never received a call from the insurance company. This was my first claim ever since beging with them for over 2 years. I will not recommend this to anyone . customer service is Pooor.
