Poor response and service
I called for a tow truck because my car died in the middle of the freeway. Been waiting for 2 hours since I called. The assist line and WhatsApp assured me they would update me after my call my WhatsApp follow up queries are going unanswered, I tried calling the assist line again the person just hung up on me.
