Damages to my vehicle is quoted by a reputable panel beater at R33573.62. Naked Insurance want to settle at a amount of R13,682.92. Naked insurance settling amount is based on assessor digital assessment , how the hell can an assessor sit in a office and determine damages if he/she did not physical inspect the vehicle??????????????? Do the assessor thumb suck the damages , as it looks like it in this case???????? Naked insurance mention artificial intelligence , yes it is artificial when it comes to settling amount and a lack of intelligence on accessing damages
