Poor Emergency response

I don't think that Naked understands the word "emergency". Called them today when my car engine just stopped suddenly on a busy three-lane road with no shoulder. They asked if I felt safe and I said I didn't as I am a wheelchair user and could not get out the car there. They said they would send out some security immediately and said that I will get a call from them shortly and they would also send out a recovery vehicle. To cut a long story short, the recovery vehicle arrived approximately 1 hour after my initial call. Only then did I get a call from the security company asking if I still needed their assistance and when I asked where they were they said they were in Roslyn which is almost an hour's drive away.
