Poor disclosure and disappointing claim outcome

Naked Insurance did not clearly communicate important policy responsibilities during the quote process.

At claim stage, this resulted in a significantly lower payout than expected. Despite raising this and providing evidence, the responses received did not address the core issue.

Very disappointing experience.
