Poor communication and no sense of urgency Naked Insurance
I have always had very good experiences with naked until I had to claim for power surge. It took two days to send assessors. Then three days later no word from naked. I am thought good service requires you keep the client informed of progress. The claim includes a fridge and now have to throw away the food.
