POOR CLAIMS SERVICE

My fiancé's car was involved in an accident on the 23rd of March, 11th of April, the vechile was dropped at Mini Maxi panelbeaters in Springs and courtesy car collected. Estimated completion date was 12 May, then moved to 23 May, then 31 May, then THE DAY BEFORE collection, moved again to 16 June, the issue then comes, that not only have we waited almost two months, with NO communication unless we follow up, Naked has put no effort into staying in contact with us, following up with the panel beater, AND now the car needs to be returned today the SECOND OF JUNE. What are we supposed to do for a vehicle for 14 days????? His car is used for BUSINESS use, as stipulated on the policy, and now his job is at jeopardy! can ANYONE from either mini maxi or naked contact him for some sort of feedback!!! ***
