Poor Claims Experience (7 Months)

Poor Claim Process for Car Accident. We are currently in an 87-long email process with Naked Insurance for a small accident claim that we had in December (09/12/2022). The process is still not concluded and the most recent feedback was that the team is still "gathering information".

Be cautious heading into this scenario, they could be decent with small item insurance but this is where the process shines with larger claims. I have been constantly promised an update but alas, left to follow up with things on my own constantly. B
