Poor claim resolution service

claim service and resolution is disappointing. It has been 3 weeks since my accident and still my car has not gone in for repairs because there is a disagreement between 2 assessment quotes.

Naked doesnt have an approved repairer for my car in my area and now making me do all the ground work to get a quote inline with their repairer. I expect them to sort things out between the repairers which has not been done!
