Pleasure Claims Experience with Naked Insurance

There are not enough words to sum up the amount of gratitude I have right now. All I can is thank you for giving me a peace of mind and taking care of this claim so beautifully. This is my first claim since I joined 3 years ago. Submitting a claim via the app made things so easy and having to record a selfie video explaining what happened made it even easier. It took 14 days between the time the claim was submitted to the time it got finalised. I was also kept informed throughout. To say I am utterly impressed would be an understatement.
