Pleasantly surprised

When I decided to try Naked Insurance, I was a bit skeptical that everything would run smoothly, as there is no brokers involved and everything is online / via their app. I insured my cellphone and laptop via the Naked App - had no issues. I recently lodged a claim on my cellphone. I submitted the claim via the app. From the date I submitted my claim, to the date I received my refund was 4 working days. I continuously received feedback of where the process are. Service was friendly and very quick, I had no issues whatsoever. Also to note, my premiums with Naked is approximately R50.00 per item cheaper than with my current insurer. Needless to say, I am moving all my short term insurance to Naked.
