Pleasantly Surprised

I recently lodged a claim for the 1st time through Naked & must admit I was pleasantly surprised. Geyser replaced with no issues whatsoever. Being Gen X I was slightly apprehensive over the fact that all communication is online without any physical interaction however somehow it just works. Great concept I sincerely hope the service levels stays up there for many years to come.
