Pleasantly Surprised!!!

When the fender bender happened, the one thought in my mind was, ok, now we will see if this cheap insurance was really all that.

I was and am super impressed with the claims process. From logging the claim, submitting the information it was all so seemless - within 2 days a panelbeater was appointed. They even checked to see if I was happy with the repairs.
