PHONE replacement time a SCHLEP !!!! and why am I being forced to take what you want to give >

My phone broke on Sunday Its now Wednesday I am still without a phone Right .. firstly your assessors ... GET more options they take TOOOOO long and phones should have at least a 48 hour replecement time Today I get a mail i am getting a device LOWER than my device value ... LOWER than my insured value SURELY i shuld be given explanations .. values ... etc and surely PROMPT responding should be a MUST! I need my phone to JUST SURVIVE with banking apps and calls for business i am 4 days DOWN and still NOWHERE close to resolution !!!!! CAN THIS be prioritised with PROPER values as I can not see why im being forced a low value phone when im covered for 13 .. initially 15 and takelot shows value as 13999
