Phone insurance

My experience with Naked was amazing as it was my first time claiming after 3years with them. The process on the app was quick and convenient, the agent Sonia was very helpful and responsive. I am happy and satisfied that I got a new device that quick. I’m also happy to have insured my new device with Naked again. However I would like to raise my concern and would like the team to have a look at it. Losing a device can be very stressful especially if you stay alone and having no other form of communication. Can you consider a courtesy phone for clients who are waiting for their claims to be finalised? Thanking you in advance.
