phone claim

imagine running around like a headless chicken trying to get all the information they need only for them to keep on dreading and asking for unnecesary things like a box of a phone?i made a claim last week tuesday because i had lost my phone please tell me why would i keep a box around if im not planning to lose the phone? Naked is trying everything not to pay me they even made me sign a consent form to check if i have been blacklisted before or made a claim please tell me how is this got to do with my claim?because last time i checked they were getting all their payments every month.To add on that they told me that after signing that form they will get back to me after 10 days... please bare in mind that they will get back to me should everything go well ,their words not mine.So in other words they are telling me that i have to wait another 10 days without a phone and no they will only be giving me feedback not payout! Please think twice before signing up for this company they dont know how to run the company i mean why would you ask me several times if i had brought the phone pre-owned or brand new when you can just call the company i had purchased the phone from and confirm all that, finding another reason not to pay right?and dreading this so that i can give up? wow!
