Phone claim

I am having a horrible experience with Naked insurance claiming for a phone. It's been a month with back and fourths for claiming for a ****** phone and yet the last communication I received was on the 31st of August.

I didn't think I would experience such bad service after 4 years of paying and only claiming after 4 years for the first time. This is such a inconvenience I don't have a phone and I have borrowed my cousins phone to try and complete their claim process. This is such bad service and it scares me that with the car I have insured with them I will still go through such hurdles with the claim.
