Technical issues with online app and dually needed to do a manual process as well. All information not initially requested, however appointed consultant was professional and prompt. No issues once all documentation submitted. Paid out very quickly! BONUS excess deducted from payout, thus no additional money out of pocket! Definitely recommend Naked Insurance from an affordability perspective.
