Phone Claim Pro - Happy with the turnaround claim of my phone. Shaun facilitated the process smoothly and kept in contact throughout.
Con - Submitting a claim without smart phone was a bit frustrating because my claim my phone related. Naked should consider offering a website option for a claim.
