Pay attention to the 1-star reviews
Pay close attention to the growing number of one-star reviews here and elsewhere online if you're wondering whether to go with Naked. It's been an embarrassingly dismal experience from start to finish. At the very least, expect long delays, backtracking, mixed messages, iffy contractors, and dealing with an antiquated email ticket service with responses 12-48 hours later. I take no pleasure in this - I really had high hopes for this company and its "insuretech" approach.
