Pathetic. Stay away!

These guys are pathetic and ***** as hell, will give you the worse service ever, you have to run after them every-time. The most ****tiest communication ever. Stay away away from this company. Six month later my claim hasn't been resolved, someone hits my car and they cooperate and give their insurer's details and all. Five months later when I ask for an update they come back and claim that I said it was a hit and run, like ***!!!?? I want my excess money back, the person who hit me submitted a claim, so the money is there! I suspect the claim was made from the other insurance and pocketed/stole my excess that was supposed to come back to me by so called Legal Team or CTU. I come to this conclusion which was confirmed by their silence, between month 1 and 5 there was just silence. Where is my money? You deserve a rating of 0!
