Pathetic service

I signed up with Naked insurance in April. They took pro rata in April and R399 in May. I submitted 3 videos of the car making sure that it was clear and they came back and kept saying it was not. In this time due to their feedback about it not being clear there was no cover. I cancelled today and they don't refund me fully yet I was not covered at all due to their feedback. I want a full refund since I was not covered. Why should it be partly refunded when they have not covered the car. I will now be taking this to the ombudsman. Pathetic service for vehicle. I don't recommend this to anyone
