Overall a really great experience for a ****** phone claim. Reitumetse was friendly and accommodating of all my questions about the process and the process was pain free. One thing I would have liked would be a document with all the claim options along with an FAQ, that would have saved some time on all my questions. I really like Naked and will continue to insure with them.
