I was shaken and overwhelmed, and he recognised that without me needing to explain it. He made sure my car was arranged for towing without delay and, more importantly, that I was safe and taken care of. He did not treat it as a routine process. He treated it as a person needing support.

What stood out for me was his consistent communication. Trent kept me informed at every stage, responded to messages promptly, and often went further by calling to check in. That level of follow-through is rare.

He is calm, well spoken, and genuinely attentive. No matter how many questions I had, he answered each one with patience. During moments where I felt anxious or uncertain, he remained steady and reassuring, which made a real difference.
