Outstanding service

My husband was involved in a multiple vehicles accident in December 2024 (the kids and I were also in the car). It 100% was the truck driver's fault. He called the insurance on the scene and the agent he spoke to was very efficient in getting the car towed by one of the tow companies that were on the scene. He then took pictures of the cars and the extent of the damage and submitted it on the Naked app. By the time we got back to Gauteng hours later, a courtesy car was arranged and ready for collection. The agent kept calling to update my husband on the status of his claim.

When we arrived in GP, the person who assisted him with the entire process via email was Siphesihle. Siphesihle was prompt throughout the entire claiming process and with every development, he let my husband know almost immediately.

Needless to say, my husband's car was written off and Naked paid out within a few days after they received the car's documents. I have never seen a more efficient, effective and outstanding insurance. There was no long waiting period or any hidden costs.
