A vehicle drove into the back of my car and on the spot I could submit a claim with such ease and once it was allocated the process was taken care of so well. They turned what was a traumatic and stressful period into a reassuring one! Darren Sachin Pillay handled my claim so well, his communication and professionalism were excellent, even answering questions so well, Sharon Mthembu from a service provider, quest claims, that they also use to assist with the other party that drove into the back of may car was just as professional. Darren handled informing me of what process is to come, what my rights are and what I should ask or even clarify during the claims and repair process so well. The service was outstanding!
