Outstanding customer service

I’ve worked in customer service and let me tell you that naked far exceeds many expectations. Your emails are usually responded to on the same day, with clear concise answers. They are absolutely leagues above any other insurance providers, medical aids and banks in terms of customer service and that’s reason enough. Admin is easy, the app is intuitive and the people are fantastic.
