Outstanding customer service

First i would like to recomennd Naked Insurance to everybody reading this post. Its a great hassle free, no nonsense company. secondly, I have to say that I've had the pleasure of having to do business with Ntombikayise Manyika, who is a claims assistant at Naked Insurance, when I had to process my car insurance claim. I must say the service was first-class. Ntombikayise was a complete professional throughout, competent from start to finish and demonstrated knowledge in processing my claim.

I was mostly impressed by Ntombikayise's patience and guidance during this hard time. She took the time to explain each step and ensuring that I was aware of what was happening and what was needed from me. Her communication was top-notch, and she was quick to respond to my emails and calls.

What I absolutely admired was Ntombikayise's genuine concern for well-being of both me and my family. She would call to inquire about our well-being, to check if we were okay , if we had everything we needed. Such care and compassion is not the norm in the insurance industry, and this gesture made an exceedingly big difference to me and my family in our hardest of time.

Ntombikayise is a great claims handler, and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of assistance with their insurance claim if that was possible since this is totally a random selection. And I think she should get a raise. Her professionalism, patience and courtesy made it as seamless and stress free experience as possible.
