Ontshiametse has been a wonderful support in the last few days, regularly updating me and guiding me on how to proceed with filling forms or providing documents. It was traumatic to lose an essential item which is used for multiple daily tasks and the burden of that was eased by the smooth insurance process and I could upload the replacement device for insurance with similar ease. Not having to go through tons of paperwork for claims is a definite plus and true to Nakeds word, all of it can be done on the go and between other tasks. Glad to be using Naked insurance for the last 3 years now.
