On the 9th of June 2025 very strong winds came took our roof. It was a very traumatic experience, we had to flee in the middle of the night for our safety. The next morning we returned home to look at all the damages and it was extreme. I popped onto my Naked app to submit my claim. It was my first time ever claiming for home insurance so I was extremely skeptical . But this was not the case using the Naked app. I submitted a video with all damages at 7am. I received an email from the Naked team just after 8am. They sent out an emergency team to repair the existing roof within a week, whilst the claim was being under investigation as with all claims. I received my approval on the 11th July. The Naked team are extremely professional and efficient. I really do recommend working with Naked Insurance.
