On Aug 27th I had the unfortunate experience of being a victim of car theft. Being insured with Naked insurance, I contacted them via their app and was assisted immediately. I am happy to say that I have had nothing by exceptional service from Erin and the Naked insurance team. Erin kept me the loop of communication almost everyday guiding me through the process and never taking long to respond to my emails. I am happy to say that my vehicle was settled in full and my equity was received very timeously. Today, a little over a month later I have taken delivery of my new vehicle and again I have chosen Naked insurance as my insurer of choice! Thank you for being so efficient and dealing with my claim with the sensitivity, understanding and efficiency it deserved!
