Not your best
The service carried put by the actual service providers, the plumbers and the ceiling guys was great. Their work was neat and efficient. However dealing with a middle man who was the communication point between yourselves and the service provider was not efficient, the job took too long to get sorted out and there were misunderstandings and miscommunication between them and yourselves.
