Not worth the claims nightmare!

Had the unfortunate experience of claiming with Naked again. Car was taken to SMG Umhlanga for repairs, it was released and found to still have issues with where the damage occurred. SMG wants Naked to authorise the repair for the issue and Naked is not responding to myself or SMG for the past 3 days, I’ve sent an email, called more than 3 times daily with promises from agents to get back to me but no one has and now I’m stuck with a car that doesn’t work!
