Not helpful

I completed an online form and went ahead to insure my cell phone on the day I received it . And paid the pro rata premium I was sent several emails after regarding uploading a selfie on my profile I reached out to the team (naked) on phone and emails for assistance to be able to send all the relevant information they need to ensure that I have cover , no one has called me back or attempted to assist the emails I received are automated so not helpful and specific to what I need and they have since suspended my cover
